Selection Process
The selection process for these Group-A Non-Faculty posts at AIIMS Nagpur will primarily involve an Interview. However, if a large number of eligible applications are received, a Computer Based Test (CBT) or another screening process may be conducted to shortlist candidates for the interview.
- Screening Test / Computer Based Test (CBT) — If conducted, this test will be for shortlisting purposes only. It will consist of 75 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) for a total of 100 marks, with a duration of 90 minutes. There will be a negative marking of 1/3 marks for each incorrect answer. The CBT performance will not carry weightage in the final selection.

Pay Scale and Benefits
