• Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 12th standard or possess an equivalent qualification. Higher educational qualifications will be awarded grace marks.
• Language Proficiency: Applicants must have passed the 7th standard examination in Odia, demonstrating proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the Odia language.
• Special Consideration for Anganwadi Helpers: Anganwadi Helpers with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the same centre and who have passed the 12th standard are also eligible to apply and will receive special consideration.
