Eligibility Criteria

• Registrar:
  • Qualification: A Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent 'B' grade on the UGC seven-point scale.
  • Experience:
    • At least 15 years of experience as an Assistant Professor with an Academic Grade Pay (AGP) of Rs. 7000 and above, OR
    • 8 years of service as an Associate Professor with an AGP of Rs. 8000 and above, including experience in educational administration, OR
    • Comparable experience in a research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education, OR
    • 15 years of administrative experience, with at least 8 years served as a Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.
• Finance Officer:
  • Qualification: A Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent 'B' grade on the UGC seven-point scale.
  • Experience:
    • At least 15 years of experience as an Assistant Professor with an Academic Grade Pay (AGP) of Rs. 7000 and above, OR
    • 8 years of service as an Associate Professor with an AGP of Rs. 8000 and above, including experience in educational administration, OR
    • Comparable experience in a research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education, OR

• Controller of Examinations (COE):

Selection Process

1. Written Examination — Candidates will be provisionally accepted for a written examination.

3. Interview/Skill Test — The University reserves the right to limit the number of candidates admitted for interviews or skill tests based on qualifications and/or experience higher than the minimum required.

2. Complete the registration process using a valid mobile number and email address.
3. Log in to the portal using your credentials.
4. Fill in all required information, including educational qualifications, experience, and category details (caste certificate, PwBD certificate, etc.).
5. Upload scanned copies of your recent passport-sized color photograph, signature, and all supporting documents. Ensure files are between 100kb-500kb (JPEG/PDF).
6. Pay the application fee online as per your category.
7. Review your application carefully before final submission, as no modifications will be permitted after submission.
8. Submit one set of hard copies of the online application form, payment receipt, and all self-attested testimonials/certificates to "The Deputy Registrar (Establishment), Administrative Block, Rajiv Gandhi University, Rono Hills, Doimukh, Arunachal Pradesh-791112" via SPEED POST. The envelope must be super-scribed with "Application for the post of (Name of Post) Advt. No. Estt-188/2025 (1)-01 dated 6.5.2025".
