Eligibility Criteria and Educational Qualifications

• Age Limit: Applicants must have completed 15 years of age and should not have completed 24 years of age as on 05 September 2026.
• Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 10th class examination or its equivalent (under the 10+2 examination system) with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Board. Additionally, they must possess a National Trade Certificate (ITI) in the notified trade, issued by the National Council for Vocational Training.

Age Relaxation Rules

• SC/ST candidates: 5 years
• OBC candidates: 3 years
• Persons with Disability (PWD): 10 years
• Ex-Servicemen: Up to an additional 10 years, calculated based on service rendered in Defence Forces plus 3 years, provided they have put in a minimum of 6 months of service.

Selection Process for Act Apprentices

For matriculation, marks obtained in all subjects will be considered. For ITI, marks mentioned in the provisional/final certificate will be reckoned.

3. Document Verification: Candidates will be shortlisted for document verification in a ratio of 1.5 times the identified slots. Applicants must bring their original testimonials for verification.
4. Medical Examination: Finally enlisted candidates must undergo a medical examination and be found fit as per the prescribed standards. A medical fitness certificate signed by a Government authorized Doctor (Gazetted) not below the rank of Assistant Surgeon of a Central/State Hospital is mandatory.

3. Register yourself by providing the required personal details and create a login.
4. Fill out the online application form carefully, ensuring all personal details, educational qualifications, and trade preferences are accurate. Ensure your name, father's name, and date of birth match your matriculation certificate exactly.
5. Upload scanned copies of your passport-sized colored photograph (3.5cm x 3.5cm, 20kb-70kb, 100 DPI, not older than three months) and signature (3.5cm x 3.5cm, 20kb-30kb, 100 DPI) in JPG/JPEG format.
6. Pay the application fee online, if applicable, through the integrated payment gateway. SC/ST/PWD/Women candidates are exempted from fee payment.
7. After successful submission and fee payment, an e-receipt will be generated. Candidates must print and retain this e-receipt along with a printout of their completed application form for future reference and document verification.
8. The online application link will be inactive after 24:00 hours on 05 September 2026.
