• Residency: The applicant must be a permanent resident of the specific Anganwadi Centre area for which she is applying.
• Language Proficiency: Candidates must have a strong knowledge of the Odia language, including the ability to read, write, and speak fluently.
• Odia Language Requirement: Applicants must have passed Odia as a subject in their Matriculation (10th standard) or High School examination, or have completed their schooling through the Odia medium.
• Political Status: The candidate should not be an elected public representative.
• Preference: Priority will be given to women candidates belonging to ST/SC categories, orphans, widows, legally divorced women, deserted women, differently-abled women, and those with higher education, provided they submit valid proof.

1. Online Application: Candidates must submit their applications online through the designated portal within the specified dates.
2. Document Verification: After the application deadline, a verification process will be conducted. Candidates are required to appear in person with their original documents for verification by a committee on 14 August 2026, between 11:00 AM and 02:00 PM. Failure to attend will lead to rejection of the application.
3. Merit List: A final merit list will be prepared based on the eligibility criteria and the outcome of the document verification.

• Survey number of the candidate's own house, to be confirmed with the local Anganwadi Worker.
• Valid proof for claiming preference under categories such as Widow, Divorced, Orphan, Differently-abled, or for higher education.
