Viva Voce Schedule and Venue

Candidates must report at the specified time for document verification, which will be followed by the Viva Voce. Requests for changes to the Viva Voce date or for appearing through virtual mode will not be accommodated. No separate call letters will be dispatched; the downloaded copy of this notification serves as sufficient authorization to appear for the Viva Voce. Please note that no T.A. (Travelling Allowance) or D.A. (Dearness Allowance) will be paid.

Documents Required for Interview

  • LL.B/B.L Degree/provisional certificate
• For Eligible Final Year Law Student Applicants:

Reasons for Application Rejection

Annexure-II of the notification lists applicants whose applications were rejected. The common reasons for rejection include:

• Applications received after the specified due date (August 4, 2026).
• Applicants not meeting the prescribed age criteria as of July 1, 2026.
• Applications that were incomplete or not submitted in the prescribed proforma.
• Applicants holding a graduate degree in a discipline other than Law, making them ineligible for the Law Clerk post.
• Applicants who are currently pursuing their Law degree and are in their penultimate semesters.
