Eligibility Criteria and Educational Qualifications

Age Limit and Relaxation

• SC/ST Candidates: Up to 5 years of relaxation.
• OBC Candidates: Up to 3 years of relaxation.
• Deserving Candidates: Up to 5 years of age relaxation may be granted on a case-to-case basis for those with experience working in a Government Research Organization, as approved by the DG, ICMR/Head of the Institution.

Selection Process

2. Shortlisting: Applications will be screened, and only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
3. Written Test/Skill Test: Depending on the number of applications received and candidates appearing, a written test or skill test may be conducted prior to the interview for further shortlisting.
4. Interview: Interviews will be conducted physically at the Department of Community Medicine, 4th Floor, Medical College Building, AIIMS Nagpur. Candidates must be fluent in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
5. Document Verification: Candidates called for the interview must bring original certificates of educational qualifications and experience, one copy of each, and two passport-size photographs for verification.

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting data collection through surveys, interviews, and questionnaires, while maintaining precise records.
• Establishing rapport with study participants, explaining the study's purpose, obtaining informed consent, and addressing any concerns.
• Performing regular and scheduled visits to designated study sites within the Nagpur district.
• Ensuring adherence to study timelines and completing assigned visits promptly.
• Maintaining accurate and timely records of all field activities and data, reporting daily progress and challenges.
• Adhering strictly to ethical guidelines and approved research protocols.
• Ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of participants' data.
• Assisting with logistical arrangements, such as coordinating transportation and managing supplies.
• Identifying and resolving issues like participant non-cooperation or logistical challenges.
• Performing any other duties assigned by the Principal Investigator.
