Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications

Selection Process

The selection process involves a walk-in written test, skill test, and interview.

1. Reporting — Candidates must report to the venue with a duly filled application form and all necessary self-attested photocopies of documents, along with original certificates for verification.
2. Written Test/Skill Test — An examination will be conducted covering subjects such as communication, inventory management, science (up to class 12th), general awareness, child health and development, and nutrition.
3. Interview — Shortlisted candidates from the test will proceed to an interview conducted by a competent selection panel.

Job Description

The Project Technical Support-III will assist the Principal Investigator in various project activities. Key responsibilities include microplanning and data collection, ensuring quality assurance and supervision, conducting qualitative interviews, training field workers, managing procurement and maintenance of tools and equipment, liaising with government officials, maintaining financial records, and performing other tasks as assigned by the PI. Candidates should also possess a valid driver's license for a two-wheeler and a car, and be able to arrange their own vehicle for project-related travel.

How to Apply (Walk-in)

Interested and eligible candidates must attend the walk-in selection process on the specified date and time.

• Candidates are required to report to Room No 18, Department of Community & Family Medicine, Second Floor, Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel Bhawan, (Medical College Building), AIIMS Bhopal.
• Reporting time is strictly between 09:00 AM to 10:30 AM on 09 September 2026. No candidates will be entertained after 10:30 AM.
• Bring a duly filled application form with a photograph.
• Carry self-attested photocopies of all required documents, including proof of date of birth (birth certificate/class 10th certificate), eligibility qualification mark-sheets, degrees, experience certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), qualifying degree registration with statutory council (if applicable), and other relevant testimonials.
• Original certificates must be presented for verification.
• No TA/DA will be provided for attending the test or interview.

General Conditions

Appointments are purely on a contract basis for an externally funded project and do not guarantee regular posts at AIIMS Bhopal or with the funding agency. The contract duration is project-specific and can be extended or terminated at the discretion of the Project Investigator. The contract automatically expires at the end of the specified period unless mutually renewed. Either party can terminate the contract with 30 days' notice or salary in lieu. Candidates employed in government or other funded research projects must provide a "No Objection Certificate" from their employer. Private practice is prohibited, and candidates must adhere to institute rules. The decision of the competent authority in the selection process is final. The institute will not provide accommodation. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal.
