About the Recruitment

The AIIMS Bathinda Counsellor Recruitment 2026 invites applications from eligible Indian Nationals for contractual engagement under the Addiction Treatment Facility (ATF). These positions are supported by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment (MoSJE) and coordinated by the National Drug Dependence Treatment Centre (NDDTC), AIIMS, New Delhi. The initial engagement period is one year or until the project continues, whichever is earlier, with potential extensions based on performance and fund availability.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet specific educational qualifications and experience requirements for each post. The cutoff date for determining eligibility is 05 August 2026.

Age Limit and Relaxation

The age limits vary by post, with specific relaxations for certain categories. The age will be calculated as of 05 August 2026.

Selection Process

The selection process for these contractual positions will primarily involve an interview.

1. Online Application Submission — Candidates must first complete and submit the Google Form by the deadline.
2. Document Verification — On the day of the interview, candidates will undergo verification of all original certificates related to age, qualification, experience, and caste.
3. Interview — Only eligible candidates, after document verification, will proceed to the interview stage.

Mere possession of the minimum qualifications does not guarantee selection. The Institute reserves the right to shortlist candidates based on various criteria.

Pay Scale and Benefits

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated remuneration as per the ATF Scheme/NHM norms adopted by AIIMS Bathinda.

No annual increment, Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Transport Allowance, or any other allowance will be admissible unless specifically approved by the funding agency. Statutory deductions will be made where applicable.

How to Apply — Step by Step

Interested and eligible candidates must follow a two-step application process.
