Eligibility for Counselling

Only candidates who have successfully qualified through NEET UG 2026 are eligible to participate in this counselling process. Candidate Verification Process

After successful online registration and fee payment, candidates will undergo a verification process. This will be conducted at designated colleges and time slots as determined by the software. It is crucial for candidates to attend this verification stage as per their assigned schedule. NRI candidates are exempt from this specific verification process; they should refer to the detailed notice for their specific instructions.

Admission and Reporting Procedure

Candidates who are allotted a seat in Round 1 must report to their respective allotted institutes within the specified dates for admission. The admission process for all Private Medical Colleges will take place at different Government Medical Colleges in Kolkata, details of which will be published on the website. For Private Dental Colleges, admission will be conducted at Dr. R Ahmed Dental College. Candidates must bring all requisite original documents, pay the college fees, and submit a bond after physical document verification. Admission will be granted only after successful re-verification of documents.

Online Seat Surrender

Candidates who wish to surrender their allotted seat after Round 1 can do so through the online seat surrender process. This must be completed at the allotted college level, along with all original documents, on the specified date.
