The Suchitwa Mission, operating under the Local Self Government Department of the Government of Kerala, has released a notification for the recruitment of Young Professionals in 2026. Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications

To be eligible for the Young Professional post, applicants must meet specific educational qualifications and an acquisition date criterion.

Monthly Salary

Selected Young Professionals will receive a consolidated monthly pay.

Selection Process

The selection process for the Young Professional positions will involve multiple stages, determined by CMD based on requirements.

2. Criteria-Based Screening: Shortlisting candidates based on specific eligibility criteria.
3. Assessment Stages: This may include a Written Test, Group Discussion, Skill Test/Proficiency Test, and/or an Interview. The exact combination of these methods will be decided by CMD.
