Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications

Teaching Assistant	A Master's degree (M.Sc) in Chemistry with a minimum of 55% marks, or an equivalent grade if a grade system is followed. The degree must be from an accredited Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University. Candidates must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC such as SLET/SET. Candidates who have been awarded a Ph.D. degree are exempted from the NET/SLET/SET requirement.	Desirable: Possession of a Ph.D. degree and relevant teaching experience will be given preference during selection.

Salary Structure

The selected Teaching Assistant will receive a consolidated salary based on the number of classes taken, with a specified maximum limit:

Selection Process

The selection for the Teaching Assistant position will be conducted through a direct walk-in interview.

1. Walk-in Interview: Eligible candidates are required to appear for a walk-in interview on the specified date and time. The selection will be based on their performance in this interview.

The posts are purely temporary for an initial period of one semester, with the possibility of extension if required by the University.
