How to Apply for MCC NEET UG 2026 Counselling

1. Visit the official MCC website, mcc.nic.in.
2. Click on the NEET UG Counselling 2026 registration link once it is activated on August 5, 2026.
3. Register by providing your NEET UG 2026 roll number and other necessary basic details to create your login credentials.
4. Log in to the portal and accurately fill out the online application form with your personal, academic, and category information.
5. Upload all required documents and your photograph as specified in the application form guidelines.
6. Complete the payment of the applicable registration fee and security deposit using a debit card, credit card, UPI, or net banking.
7. Once the choice-filling window is open, log in again to select and arrange your preferred colleges and courses in order of priority.
8. Ensure you lock your choices before the notified deadline. Unlocked choices may be automatically locked by the system at the end of the window.
9. On the scheduled date, check the seat allotment result and download your provisional allotment letter if a seat is assigned.
10. Report to the allotted institute within the specified reporting period with all original documents for verification and to finalize your admission.

Important Instructions for Candidates

• Candidates must carefully verify all personal details, such as father's name, mother's name, and address, before final submission, as these are typically locked and cannot be edited later.
• Fresh registration is required in each round if a candidate did not register previously, was not allotted a seat, or resigned/failed to report in an earlier round. Registration does not automatically carry forward.
• MCC has instructed all participating institutes to consider Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted holidays as working days during the counselling period.
• Avoid last-minute payments or choice-locking. Candidates must strictly adhere to MCC server time, as all deadlines are system-enforced.
• Submitting fake certificates, UDID cards, or false affidavits will lead to the cancellation of the allotted seat and potential legal action.
• Candidates are permitted to participate in both MCC (AIQ) counselling and their respective State Quota counselling simultaneously, provided they complete separate registrations for each authority.
