Application Fee Structure

• If a candidate applies for both AIQ/Central University seats and Deemed University seats, only the higher fee for Deemed Universities is applicable.
• The registration fee is strictly non-refundable.
• The security deposit is refundable, provided candidates adhere to MCC's counselling regulations, such as not resigning from an allotted seat in later rounds against the rules.
• Payments can be made online using Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.

Step-by-Step Registration Guide

1. Visit the official MCC counselling website: mcc.nic.in.
2. Locate and click on the "NEET UG Counselling 2026" or "UG Medical Counselling" registration link.
3. Register by providing your NEET UG 2026 roll number/application number and other necessary personal details to create your login credentials (User ID and password).
4. Log in to the MCC portal using your newly generated credentials.
5. Select the quota(s) you wish to participate in, such as 15% AIQ, Deemed University, or Central University.
6. Enter your complete correspondence and permanent address details accurately.
7. Upload scanned PDF copies of all required documents, including a cancelled cheque, passbook, or bank statement for account verification purposes.
8. Proceed to pay the applicable registration fee and security deposit online via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
9. Submit the final registration form and download the confirmation page for your records.
10. Once the choice filling window is active, log in again to select and prioritize your preferred colleges and courses.
11. Ensure you lock your choices within the designated choice locking window, as no edits are permitted after this period for the current round.
12. After the seat allotment result is published, check the portal and download your allotment letter if a seat has been assigned to you.

Important Instructions for Candidates

• All data submitted during MCC registration is considered self-certified. Personal details like name, date of birth, category, or contact information are generally unchangeable after final submission, so careful verification is essential.
• Applications are exclusively accepted through the official MCC website; no other submission methods are valid.
• Candidates who are not allotted a seat, or who resign or opt for an upgrade, must re-register for subsequent counselling rounds. Previous registration does not automatically carry forward.
• Security deposit refunds are processed only after all counselling rounds conclude and are credited to the same bank account or card used for the initial payment.
• While leaving an allotted seat after Round 1 does not incur a penalty, resigning or failing to report after later rounds may result in the forfeiture of the security deposit, as per MCC guidelines.
• Applicants are permitted to register simultaneously for MCC (AIQ) counselling and their respective State Quota counselling, provided they complete separate registrations with each authority.
