Documents Required for Admission

• Three sets of the Pre-Enrolment Form.
• Eight recent passport-size photographs.
• Two self-attested copies of the 10+2 (or equivalent) certificate for age/date of birth verification.
• Two self-attested copies of the Certificate of Proficiency (COP) mark sheet in the chosen language.
• A Character Certificate issued by the head of the institution last attended.
• Two self-attested copies of the statement of marks and passing certificate of the qualifying examination.
• Applicable category certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwD) in the prescribed format.
• Original Anti-Ragging undertaking, to be submitted at the admission counter.

How to Apply for JNU DOP Admission 2026-27

1. Step 1: Register on the Application Portal
   • Visit the official JNU admission portal (jnuee.jnu.ac.in) and initiate the online registration.
   • Provide necessary personal details, create a secure password, and select a security question with its answer.
   • Upon successful submission, a unique system-generated Application Number will be provided. Keep this number safe for all future logins and communications.
2. Step 2: Complete the Application Form
   • Log in to the portal using your Application Number and the password you created.
   • Carefully fill in all remaining sections of the application form and thoroughly review all entered information for accuracy.
3. Step 3: Upload Photograph and Signature
   • Upload your recent passport-size photograph and signature in JPG/JPEG format.
   • Ensure the photograph size is between 10 KB and 200 KB.
   • Ensure the signature size is between 4 KB and 30 KB.
   • Note that there is no option to correct uploaded images later, so verify them carefully before final submission.
4. Step 4: Pay the Application Fee
   • Proceed to pay the application fee online using Net Banking, Credit Card, or UPI.
   • After successful payment, print the Confirmation Page for your records.
   • If the Confirmation Page is not generated, the transaction is considered cancelled, and the amount will be refunded. In such cases, you must make a fresh payment.
