Selection Process
The selection process for CMHO Durg Recruitment 2026 will involve multiple stages, with weightage given to academic qualifications, experience, and a skill/written test.
- Application Scrutiny — All online applications will be scrutinized to ensure candidates meet the basic eligibility criteria.

- For Posts 11-12: 30% for 12th Marks, 35% for Technical Qualification, 10/15 marks for Experience, 20 marks for Skill/Written Test.
- For Post 13 (Jr. Secretarial Assistant): 30% for 12th Marks, 35% for Technical Qualification, 10/15 marks for Experience, 20 marks for Skill/Written Test. A separate Computer Skill Test will also be conducted.
- For Post 14 (2nd ANM & ANM): 30% for 12th Marks, 30% for ANM Course Marks, 10/15/20 marks for Experience, 20 marks for Skill/Written Test.
- For Posts 15-18: 85% for Minimum Educational Qualification, 10/15 marks for Experience.
COVID-19 bonus marks will be awarded as per government guidelines, including 10 marks for temporary health workers with 6 months of service during COVID-19, and up to 20 marks for COVID-19 experience as per DHS letter. ANM/Nursing trained Mitanins may also receive up to 20 marks for experience.
