• Junior Research Fellow (JRF): 1 Post

Eligibility Criteria and Educational Qualifications

• Essential Qualifications: Applicants should hold a First Class M.E./ M.Tech./B. Tech/M.Sc. degree in ECE/EIE/Material Science/Nanotechnology/Physics or equivalent allied subjects. A minimum of 60% marks is required for General/OBC candidates, while SC/ST/PH candidates need 55% marks. The degree must be from a UGC recognized University/Institute, autonomous bodies like NIPER/IITs/IISERs/NITs/IIITs.
• GATE/NET Exemption: GATE/NET qualification is not mandatory for candidates who have obtained a first-class ME/M Tech/MS degree through a national-level examination conducted by central government institutes or agencies such as IITs, IISc, IISERs, DRDO, DST, and DAE.
• CGPA Requirement: If class/division is not explicitly mentioned, candidates must have secured a CGPA of 6.5 or above in their ME/MTech/MS.
• Desired Qualification: Candidates who are GATE/CSIR/UGC NET qualified are preferred.
• Desirable Qualification: Knowledge in characterization, Semiconductor Physics, Material synthesis and fabrication, and Solar Cell technology is highly desirable.

Selection Process

• The appointment may be terminated earlier based on the candidate's performance.

• No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
• Selected candidates are expected to join duty immediately upon receiving the offer.
