Salary Structure

Selected Junior Residents (Non-Academic) at AIIMS Kalyani will receive a competitive salary package:

• The pay scale is as per the 6th Central Pay Commission (CPC) recommendations: Rs. 15,600-39,100 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400.
• Additionally, they will be placed at Level 10 of the Pay Matrix as per the 7th CPC.
• Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) will also be provided for Medical Graduates.
