Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be registered with the State Medical Council, Medical Council of India (MCI), or National Medical Commission (NMC).
• Those holding a DNB (Diplomate of National Board) qualification in broad or super specialties must provide documentary evidence of its equivalence with MD/MS/DM/MCh degrees, as per the MCI notification dated 31 October 2018.
• Specific experience requirements apply to DNB holders based on the institution where their training was completed.
• The crucial date for determining age limit and experience is 31 August 2026.

Age Limit and Relaxation

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC: 3 years
• Centre Govt. Servant: 5 years
• PwBD: 10 years (as per DoPT guidelines)
• Ex-serviceman: As per DoPT guidelines
• No age relaxation is available for SC/ST/OBC candidates applying for unreserved vacancies.

Selection Process

1. Application Scrutiny: All applications received by the prescribed deadline and accompanied by the requisite fee will undergo initial scrutiny by a dedicated committee at the Institute.
2. Personal Interview: Candidates deemed eligible after scrutiny will be called for a personal interview by the Standing Selection Committee (SSC) of the Institute.
3. Presentation: During the interview, candidates will be required to deliver a presentation of up to 5 minutes on their work and achievements. This presentation must be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint format.
4. Medical Examination: Final selection is contingent upon candidates being declared medically fit by a Medical Board constituted by AIIMS Bilaspur.

   • Fill in all details in the Google Form and upload scanned copies of the filled application form (Appendix-I), career graph (Appendix-II PDF), presentation (Appendix-III), necessary documents, and proof of fee payment.
   • Ensure your photo and signature are clearly visible in the uploaded images, as improper uploads may lead to rejection.
   • The online Google Form will remain active until 05:00 PM on 25 August 2026.
2. Offline Hard Copy Submission:
   • After submitting the online Google Form, candidates must send a duly filled and signed hard copy of the application form (Appendix-I).
   • Enclose self-attested copies of all relevant certificates pertaining to age, qualification, experience, proof of payment, caste certificate (in prescribed proforma), EWS/PwBD Certificate, NOC (if applicable), and other testimonials.
   • The application envelope must be super-scribed with "Application for the post of.................... Department of....................for AIIMS, Bilaspur (H.P.)".
