Kabirdham District Court Recruitment 2026 – 10 Execution Clerk &

1. Written Examination — A 100-mark objective-type test with 50 questions on General Knowledge, Computer, Internet, Chhattisgarh-related topics, and Current Affairs. Each question carries 2 marks, and the exam duration is 1 hour. This stage is qualifying, and candidates will be shortlisted 15 times the number of vacancies for the skill test based on merit.
2. Skill Test — A 100-mark test requiring candidates to type approximately 250 words of Hindi passage accurately in 10 minutes on a computer using the Ubuntu Linux (Unicode) system. A 1/4 mark deduction will apply for each error, including those in headings, bold text, paragraphs, settings, and typing inaccuracies.

Note: The number of vacancies is provisional and may change. The recruitment is subject to the final order in S.L.P. (C) No.19668/2022 by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, New Delhi.

Eligibility Criteria and Educational Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Applicants must hold a graduate degree from a university recognized by the government.
• Computer Diploma: A one-year computer diploma from a recognized institution is mandatory.
• Typing Knowledge: Proficiency in both Hindi and English typing on a computer is required.
• Local Language Knowledge: Candidates should possess knowledge of the Chhattisgarhi dialect or the local language.

Age Limit and Relaxation

• Minimum Age: 18 years.
• Maximum Age (General, Non-Chhattisgarh Domicile): 30 years.
• Maximum Age (General, Chhattisgarh Domicile): 35 years.
• Age Relaxation for Chhattisgarh Domiciles:
  • Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Other Backward Class (OBC - Non-Creamy Layer) candidates are eligible for a relaxation of up to 5 years.
  • Women candidates who are local residents of Chhattisgarh are eligible for an additional relaxation of up to 10 years, over and above any other category-specific relaxation.
  • Widows, deserted, and divorced women are eligible for an additional relaxation of up to 5 years in the maximum age limit.
  • Permanent, temporary, work-charge, or contingency-paid employees of the Chhattisgarh Government, its corporations, or boards are eligible for a maximum age limit of 43 years.
  • Voluntary Home Guards and Uncommissioned Officers may receive age relaxation equivalent to their service period, up to a maximum of 8 years, provided their age does not exceed 43 years.
  • Retrenched government servants may deduct the period of their temporary service, up to a maximum of 7 years, from their age, provided the resulting age does not exceed the maximum age limit by more than 3 years.
  • Ex-servicemen may deduct their entire period of defense service from their age, provided the resulting age does not exceed the maximum age limit by more than 3 years.
  • Shikshakarmis (teachers) will receive age relaxation equivalent to their service period as Shikshakarmis, with service exceeding 6 months counted as one year for age relaxation purposes.
• Overall Maximum Age Limit: After incorporating all applicable relaxations, the maximum age for entry into government service for Chhattisgarh domiciles will not exceed 45 years.
• Note: Only one type of age relaxation that is most beneficial to the candidate will be granted.

Tie-breaking Rules

1. The candidate older in age (born earlier) will be given preference.
2. If birth dates are also the same, the candidate with higher marks in the written examination will be preferred.
3. If written exam marks are also the same, the candidate with higher marks in their graduation degree will be given preference.

How to Apply

1. Download Application Form: Download the application form from the official website of the District and Sessions Judge, Kabirdham: https://kabirdham.dcourts.gov.in.
2. Fill the Form: Complete the application form accurately on A-4 size paper as per the provided format.
3. Separate Applications: If applying for more than one post, candidates must submit a separate application for each post in a separate envelope.
4. Enclosures: Attach self-attested copies of all necessary documents, including educational qualifications, caste certificate (if applicable), domicile certificate, employment exchange registration, etc.
5. Photograph and Stamp: Affix a self-attested recent passport-size color photograph (with name and date) on the application form. Also, enclose a self-addressed envelope with a ₹5/- postage stamp affixed.
6. Submission Method: Applications must be sent via Speed Post or deposited in the drop box located at Room No. 50, Office of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kabirdham (C.G.).
7. Application Period: The application window is from 23 July 2026, 10:30 AM, to 12 August 2026, 5:00 PM. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
8. No Email/Courier: Applications sent via email or private courier services will not be accepted.
9. NOC for Government Employees: Candidates currently employed in government service, corporations, boards, or undertakings must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by their appointing authority/department head along with their application.

• The list of eligible and ineligible candidates will be published on the District Court Kabirdham website and notice board. Objections, if any, must be submitted in writing to the selection committee within 7 days of publication.
• Information regarding the written/skill test, including admit cards, dates, times, and venues, will be uploaded on the official website. No separate admit cards will be sent by post.
• Candidates must bring their printed admit card with a recent color photograph affixed and self-attested, along with original identity documents (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, etc.) for verification at the examination center.
• The decision of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kabirdham, regarding eligibility/ineligibility and the selection process will be final and binding.
• The recruitment advertisement can be canceled at any time without assigning any reason.
• The appointment of selected candidates will be on a probation period of three years.
