Eligibility Criteria and Educational Qualifications

Technical Officer (Discipline: CCS)

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a B.Tech. / B.E. or an equivalent degree in Computer Science and Engineering/Electronics and Communication Engineering or allied fields with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA. Alternatively, applicants with a full-time M.Tech./M.E. or equivalent degree, or a Ph.D. degree in a relevant discipline, are also eligible.
• Experience: A minimum of six years of relevant experience after the qualifying B.Tech./B.E. degree in Pay Level 6 is required, or three years of experience in Pay Level 7 and above. For those with an M.Tech./M.E. degree, up to two years of the program's normal duration can be counted towards experience. For Ph.D. holders, up to three years of the program's normal duration can be counted.
• Desirable Skills: Proven track record in R&D/Instructional Labs, project handling, and establishing new facilities. Additional qualifications like Master's or Doctoral degrees are preferred. Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and experience in IT & communication asset maintenance, system/network administration, web development, and online meeting platforms are highly desirable. Network certifications (CCNA, ACMP, ACSX, JNCIA-Junos) are also a plus.

Junior Technical Superintendent (Discipline: CSE)

• Educational Qualification: Applicants should possess a 3-year Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering or allied fields with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA. Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree (other than B.Tech./B.E.) in Computer Science/Computer Applications or allied fields with at least 60% marks, or a B.Tech./B.E. or equivalent degree in Computer Science and Engineering/Information Science or allied fields with at least 60% marks, is acceptable.
• Experience: Six years of relevant experience after completing the diploma, or five years of relevant experience after a Bachelor's Degree, or three years of relevant experience after a B.Tech./B.E. degree. For those with a full-time Master's Degree in the respective discipline, up to two years of the program's normal duration can be counted towards experience.
