1. Board Agenda Submissions — Candidates will be assessed on their ability to prepare and submit Board Agendas for various HLL meetings to MoHFW directors.
2. Document Drafting and Vetting — Evaluation will cover drafting and vetting various legal documents such as Agreements, MOUs, Lease Deeds, Power of Attorneys, Indemnity Bonds, Bank Guarantees, Consortium Agreements, EOIs, and Tender Documents.
3. Legal Advice and Opinion — Assessment of skills in providing legal advice and opinions on matters assigned to the Legal Department.
4. Legal Compliance and Case Management — Proficiency in preparing Legal Compliance Reports and updating case statuses weekly.
5. Counsel Engagement and Court Representation — Evaluation of experience in engaging counsels for company cases in various courts, including High Courts, lower courts, and MSME Tribunals.
6. Court Case Drafting and Pleadings — Skills in drafting and replying to legal notices, complaints, and preparing requisite documents/pleadings like facts/events of the case, petitions, affidavits, suits, replies, rejoinders, and evidence.
7. Arbitration and Conciliation — Experience in attending and handling Arbitration and Conciliation proceedings, including examination and analysis of case facts for claims and counter-claims.
