Important Dates for E-Dossier Submission

Candidates must adhere to the following schedule for uploading their e-dossiers:

• E-dossier Link Activation: The online link for e-dossier submission will be active from August 06, 2026.
• E-dossier Submission Deadline: The last date to submit the e-dossier is August 20, 2026.
• Technical Glitch Reporting: In case of technical issues, candidates can report the glitch with supporting evidence via email to helpdesk-dsssb@delhi.gov.in within 48 hours after the e-dossier submission deadline.
• Extended Upload Period: If a technical glitch is substantiated, an additional period of three days will be granted for document upload.

E-Dossier Submission Process

Provisionally shortlisted candidates are required to upload all necessary documents through the e-dossier module available on the OARS link within their individual accounts on the DSSSB website. This includes educational certificates, professional/experience certificates, degrees, mark sheets, caste certificates, proof of government service, ex-servicemen certificates, and admit cards, as applicable. It is crucial to ensure that all uploaded documents meet the eligibility criteria and essential qualifications as per the Recruitment Rules (RRs) for the Post as on the closing date of application.

Key Instructions for Candidates

Candidates must carefully follow the instructions provided by DSSSB to avoid disqualification:

• Preference Submission: Candidates must exercise at least one preference for a post. Failure to submit post preferences within the stipulated time will result in non-consideration for any post in the final result.
• Finality of Preference: Once confirmed during the online e-dossier calling, preferences will be treated as final and cannot be changed later.
• Merit-cum-Preference: Final selection and department allocation will be based on merit and candidate preferences. Once a department is allocated, no requests for change will be entertained.
• Eligibility Verification: The User Department will verify the eligibility of candidates as per RRs and other terms and conditions mentioned in the advertisement.
• Communication: Shortlisted candidates will also be informed separately via SMS and email on their registered mobile number and email ID as an additional facility.
• Candidature Rejection: Failure to upload the e-dossier within the specified period will lead to the rejection of candidature, and no further opportunity will be provided.
