A total of 57 candidates, based on the Main (Objective) Competitive Examination (Advt. No. 37/2025), have been shortlisted for this stage. The provisional list was published on August 10, 2026.
Document Verification Dates and Roll Numbers
The document verification process will be conducted on August 24, 2026, in two shifts at the BPSC office. Candidates must report at the specified time for their respective shifts.
Candidates are required to bring the following documents in original for verification, along with one set of clear, readable, self-attested photocopies, arranged in the specified order. All documents must have been issued on or before the online application deadline of June 23, 2025.
Copy of the online application form for the Main (Objective) Examination.
Matriculation (10th pass) certificate as proof of Date of Birth. Candidates must ensure their name, date of birth, and father's name are correct on this certificate.
Graduation Degree Certificate from a recognized university.
Graduation Mark Sheet from a recognized university.
Experience Certificate: For contract employees claiming age relaxation or preference based on work experience in the Bihar government, an experience certificate issued by the controlling authority, detailing the period of service and salary payment, is required.
Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) Certificate: For Backward Class/Extremely Backward Class candidates, an NCL certificate is required. For female candidates, this certificate must be issued in the name and address of their father.
NCL Declaration Form: If the NCL certificate is older than one year, a declaration form stating non-creamy layer status for the past year is also required.
Caste Certificate and Permanent Residence Certificate: For Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates. For female candidates, these certificates must be issued in the name and address of their father.
Permanent Residence Certificate: For unreserved female candidates of Bihar claiming fee relaxation, this certificate must be issued in the name and address of their father.
Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Certificate: For candidates claiming EWS status, issued by a competent authority in the prescribed format as per Bihar Government Notification No. 2622 dated 26.02.2019.
Persons with Disability (PwD) Certificate: For candidates claiming PwD status, issued by a competent authority in the prescribed format.
Scribe/Other Facility Documents: For PwD candidates claiming a scribe or other facilities, a certificate from a competent authority as per Annexure-I and an affidavit as per Annexure-II, attached with Bihar Government General Administration Department letters No. 10668 dated 29.06.2022 and No. 2568 dated 11.02.2025, are required.
Age Relaxation Certificate: For Bihar government employees claiming age relaxation based on three years of continuous service.
Ex-Serviceman Certificate: For candidates claiming age relaxation as ex-servicemen.
Freedom Fighter Grandchildren Certificate: For candidates claiming status as grandchildren of freedom fighters, issued by the District Magistrate or authorized officer (ID card alone is not sufficient).
No Objection Certificate (NOC): For candidates currently employed by the Central Government, Bihar Government, or any other state government, an NOC from the competent authority is required to participate in the examination.
Photo Identity Card: As declared in the online application.
Two recent passport-size photographs.
General Instructions
No separate admit card will be issued for document verification. Candidates must bring their e-admit card from the Main (Objective) Competitive Examination.
The summary application form (Prativedan-I) will be available on the BPSC website (https://bpsc.bihar.gov.in) and must be filled and brought on the day of DV.
Failure to present original documents will affect eligibility, and no further requests will be entertained.
The eligibility of all invited candidates is provisional. Participation in DV does not confirm final selection.
