This is the final round of regular counselling for admission to B.Tech and other undergraduate engineering courses in AKTU-affiliated and constituent institutions. To view and download your seat allotment letter, follow these steps:

1. Visit the official UPTAC counselling website: uptac.samarth.edu.in.
2. Click on the "Candidate Login" link on the homepage.
3. Enter your registration number/email ID and password to log in.
4. Your allotted institute and branch for Round 4 will be displayed on your dashboard.
5. Download the allotment letter in PDF format and print it for future reference.

The allotment letter is mandatory for physical reporting at the allotted institute to complete admission formalities.

Seat Confirmation Fee Structure

Candidates who are allotted a seat in Round 4 must pay a seat confirmation fee. The fee structure is as follows:

Understanding Freeze, Float, and Withdrawal in Round 4

Unlike previous rounds (1 to 3), UPTAC Round 4 does not offer a "freeze" or "float" option. Any seat allotted in Round 4 is automatically frozen, meaning candidates cannot seek further upgrades in subsequent regular counselling rounds. However, candidates who are not satisfied with their Round 4 allotment have the option to submit a seat withdrawal request between August 4 and August 7, 2026.

Next Steps After UPTAC Round 4

Round 4 marks the conclusion of the regular UPTAC counselling process. Following this, AKTU may conduct additional rounds based on seat availability:

• Internal Sliding Round: This round is for candidates who have already physically reported to their allotted institute.
• Special Round 1 and Special Round 2: These rounds will be conducted if vacancies remain, open to eligible candidates based on JEE Main 2026, CUET (UG) 2026, and Class 12 qualifications.

Candidates who have already confirmed and frozen their seats after the regular rounds are generally not eligible for the Special Rounds.
