The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially released the Havaldar Result 2025 for candidates who appeared in the Computer Based Examination (CBE) for the Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff, and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination. Vacancy Details for Havaldar Posts

Shortlisting Criteria and Cut-Offs

Candidates have been shortlisted for the PET/PST for Havaldar posts in a ratio of 1:7 (vacancies to candidates). This shortlisting is based on their normalized scores obtained in Session-II of the Computer Based Examination. Only candidates who qualified in Session-I of the CBE were eligible for the evaluation of their Session-II performance. Minimum Qualifying Marks

To be considered for evaluation and shortlisting, candidates needed to secure minimum qualifying marks in both Session-I and Session-II of the Computer Based Examination. The minimum percentages required are as follows:

Tie-Resolution Policy

In instances where multiple candidates secured equal aggregate marks in Session-II, the Staff Selection Commission applied a specific tie-resolution methodology, in the following order:

1. Normalized marks in the General Awareness section of Session-II.
2. Total normalized marks obtained in Session-I.
3. Date of birth, with preference given to the older candidate.
4. Alphabetical order of the candidates' names.

Important Notices and Discrepancies

The Commission has noted certain issues during the result processing:

• The results of two candidates (Roll No. 125270001942 and 125270006713) have been withheld due to suspicious activities.
• A total of 727 candidates were found to be involved in malpractices during the CBE, as per Para 20 of the Notice of Examination. Their results have not been processed. Aggrieved candidates have the option to represent their case to the concerned Regional Office of the Commission.
• Additionally, 169 candidates have been debarred by their respective Regional Offices for various reasons, with their Roll Numbers listed in List-III of the official document.

Candidates who have been provisionally shortlisted must now prepare for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST). The detailed schedule for these tests will be announced shortly on the official website of the Staff Selection Commission.
