Vacancy Details

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 12th class examination (10+2 system) from the Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education, CBSE, or an equivalent recognized board. The qualifying subjects must include Science (Biology/Mathematics/Agriculture).
• Minimum Marks: A minimum of 50% aggregate marks is required in the 12th examination. A 5% relaxation (i.e., 45% marks) is applicable for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: The candidate's age must be at least 17 years as on 31 December 2026.
• Maximum Age: No upper age limit has been specified in the notification.

Selection Process

1. Computer-Based Entrance Test: Candidates will appear for the Animal Husbandry & Dairy Technology Diploma Entrance Test (ADDET) 2026, conducted by MPESB.
2. Merit List: Based on the scores obtained in the entrance test, MPESB will prepare a merit list.
3. Centralized Counseling: Qualified candidates will participate in a centralized online counseling process conducted by Nanaji Deshmukh Veterinary Science University, Jabalpur, for seat allotment.
4. Document Verification: During counseling, candidates must present all original documents for verification.

Exam Pattern and Syllabus

• Mode: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
• Language: Questions will be in both Hindi and English.
• Question Type: Objective-type questions with four options.
• Marking Scheme: 1 mark will be awarded for each correct answer. A negative marking of 0.25 marks will be deducted for every incorrect answer.

• Physics: Units and dimensions, motion, force, work, energy, power, gravitation, properties of matter, heat, thermodynamics, waves, light, human eye, electricity, magnetism, atomic structure, nuclear physics.
• Chemistry: Structure of atom, chemical bonding, solutions, solid state, nuclear chemistry, chemical equilibrium, ionic equilibria, thermochemistry and thermodynamics, chemical kinetics, electrochemistry, surface chemistry, inorganic chemistry (periodic table, elements, transition metals, coordination compounds, chemical analysis), organic chemistry (nomenclature, properties, polymers, biomolecules).
• General Studies: General Science and Environment, Geography, History, Sport and Culture of M.P., Information and Communication Technology.
