Pay Scale

Important Instructions for Shortlisted Candidates

Candidates whose register numbers are included in this Short List must adhere to the following instructions:

• They are provisionally eligible to be called for an interview, subject to the verification of their original documents.
• The schedule for document verification will be published by the Kerala Public Service Commission in due course.
• Candidates must present their original documents as per the verification schedule.
• Those claiming reservation benefits (e.g., Community Certificates, Differently Abled Certificates) must ensure their documents are valid and submitted as per the prescribed norms.
• Candidates from Other Backward Classes (OBC) who are included in the Short List must produce a Non-Creamy Layer Certificate as per G.O.(P) No. 81/2009/SC/ST/DD dated 26.09.2009 or that obtained through the e-district portal in the format prescribed in G.O.(Rt) No. 3842/2018/DD dated 22.09.2018.
• EWS candidates must produce a Community Certificate either in Form III or a digitally signed certificate issued by the Revenue Authority.
• Candidates who claim PwD reservation are required to produce a PwD Certificate issued by the Medical Board.
• Rechecking and revaluation of answer sheets are not allowed.
