Exam Pattern

The Computer Based Recruitment Test (CBRT) for the Supervisor Instructor posts followed a two-part structure:

• Part-A: Consisted of 90 questions.
• Part-B: Consisted of 120 questions.
• Total Questions: The entire exam comprised 210 questions.

How to Download / View the GSSSB Supervisor Instructor Provisional Answer Key

Candidates who participated in the GSSSB Supervisor Instructor CBRT exam can follow these steps to access their question paper, response sheet, and the provisional answer key:

1. Visit the official login portal for the answer key.
2. On the login page, accurately enter your Advertisement Number, Confirmation Number, Date of Birth (in DDMMYYYY format), and the displayed image/captcha text. Click the Login button.
3. After successfully logging in, navigate to the Candidate Response tab.
4. Click on the link that says "Click here to generate it" to view your question paper along with your submitted responses.
5. To save a copy, use the Print option and select Save as PDF to download the Provisional Answer Key cum Response Sheet to your device. You may also choose to print a hard copy.

How to Raise an Objection Against the GSSSB Provisional Answer Key

If a candidate finds any discrepancy in the provisional answer key, they must submit their objection exclusively through the online portal. Objections sent via any other method will not be considered. Only candidates who attended the CBRT exam are eligible to submit objections, and multiple objections can be raised for different questions.

Step-by-Step Objection Process

1. Step 1: Access the official login portal.
2. Step 2: Provide your Advertisement Number, Confirmation Number, Date of Birth, and the image/captcha text, then click Login.
3. Step 3: Go to the Candidate Response tab.
4. Step 4: Click "Click here to generate it" to view your response sheet. It is advisable to save a PDF copy for your records using the Print → Save as PDF option.
5. Step 5: Click on the Objection Form tab and then click the + (plus) icon to view detailed instructions. Read all on-screen guidelines carefully before proceeding.
6. Step 6: In the Form to Raise Objection, fill in the required details. Enter the Question ID and the corresponding Answer ID precisely as they appear on your Provisional Answer Key cum Response Sheet.
7. Step 7: If you believe a question has more than one correct option, select "Multiple correct answers" under the Type of Objection field. Then, enter all Option IDs you consider correct (up to a maximum of 4 options, separated by commas).

Supporting Document Requirements for Objections

• Uploading valid supporting evidence or references is mandatory for every objection.
• Candidates must specify the book name, page number, author name, publisher name/address, and year of publication as proof.
• Supporting documents must be uploaded in PDF, JPG, or JPEG format only.
• Each document has a maximum file size limit of 400 KB and must be clearly legible.
• A candidate can upload a maximum of 3 documents to support their objection.

Important Instructions

• All objections must be submitted online only; no other submission methods will be accepted.
• Only candidates who appeared for the CBRT exam are permitted to raise online objections.
• Candidates are allowed to raise objections for more than one question.
• Objections must reference the specific Question ID as displayed in the candidate's individual Provisional Answer Key cum Response Sheet.
• Once an objection is submitted, it cannot be edited. Candidates should carefully review all details before final submission.
• The Question ID mentioned to the right of each question should be used for all references and in the Remarks column.
• Objections lacking a valid explanation, or those referencing outdated or incorrect study materials, will be rejected.
• The online objection window is open from 22 July 2026, 15:00 hrs, until 28 July 2026, 23:55 hrs.
