• The processing-cum-registration fee paid during counselling is non-refundable, irrespective of whether a candidate reports to the college or later withdraws their admission.
• Candidates who do not receive a seat in Phase 1, or those who reported but wish to seek a better option, are eligible to participate in Phase 2 counselling. Fresh registration is not required if Phase 1 registration is already active.
