Important Instructions for Candidates

Candidates appearing for the AIIMS CRE-5 re-examination must adhere to the following instructions:

• A separate admit card will be issued for each shift. Candidates must carry the admit card for the relevant shift along with a valid original photo ID proof to the exam centre.
• The examination centre is allotted based on previous preferences and logistical availability. While efforts are made to allot the same city for multiple applications, the centre may differ within the same city.
• Providing false information, such as incorrect PWBD status, category, or qualification details, will lead to the cancellation of candidature and potential penal action.
• The admit card is provisional, based on application information, and does not guarantee eligibility. Final eligibility will be scrutinised later.
• Requests for changes in exam centre, date, or time will not be entertained under any circumstances.
• Candidates are advised to avoid any involvement in unfair practices to ensure the smooth conduct of the examination.

Downloading Your AIIMS CRE-5 Re-Exam Admit Card

The admit card for the re-examination must be downloaded online; no physical copies will be sent by post. Follow these steps:

1. Visit the official AIIMS Examinations website: www.aiimsexams.ac.in.
2. Log in to "My Page" using your registered credentials.
3. Navigate to the Recruitment tab and access the portal link: https://rrp.aiimsexams.ac.in/.
4. Download the admit card specific to your scheduled shift and exam date.
5. Print two copies of the complete admit card for each shift/date you are scheduled for. One copy is for the exam centre, and the other is for your records.
6. Only the newly issued admit card for this re-examination schedule will be accepted for entry at the exam centre.
