Selection Process

1. Online Registration: All interested candidates must register online on the ADA website.
2. Direct Interview: Candidates possessing a valid GATE/NET score, or an M.E./M.Tech degree from an IIT/NIT, will be directly called for an interview.
3. Written Test and Interview: For all other candidates, the selection process will involve shortlisting based on a written test, followed by an interview. The written exam syllabus will be similar to the GATE syllabus and will include negative marking for incorrect answers. Candidates are advised to bring a scientific calculator for the written test.
4. Document Verification: All candidates must bring their duly filled application form, original certificates, and self-attested copies of supporting documents (qualification, experience, caste, etc.) for verification at the time of the interview/written test. A recent passport-size photograph must be affixed to the application form.

Salary and Tenure

• Candidates holding only a B.E./B.Tech (First Class) degree will receive Rs. 31,000/- per month plus HRA.
• All other candidates (e.g., M.E./M.Tech, B.Sc. + M.Sc.) will receive Rs. 37,000/- per month plus HRA.

• The engagement is purely on a tenure basis and does not confer any rights for continuation beyond the tenure, absorption, or regularization in ADA.
• ADA reserves the right to operate the panel flexibly for existing and future anticipated vacancies for six months.
• Candidates must not carry electronic items like mobile phones, pen drives, or smartwatches into the ADA campus or written test venue.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the Interview/written test.
• Part-time experience, apprenticeship training, or experience as a trainee will not be considered for calculating relevant experience.
